Your Content: You retain ownership of reflections, text, and personal content you submit ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Our Content: All Service features, design, software, AI models, and generated reflections ("Service Content") are owned by Open Altar, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Service Content without express permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPEN ALTAR, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@openaltar.app to attempt informal resolution.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in the United States, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misuse.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Open Altar, Inc. regarding the Service.
